As a mentor in Thunderbird Global School of Management’s SEEDS program, I had the opportunity to work with a bright, energetic young woman from Jordan last week, Riham Najia. Riham travelled to Arizona in October with 19 other Jordanian entrepreneurs to learn business building strategies at Thunderbird. They will continue to work with their mentors … all successful U.S. business women .. over the next two years.
