Ahh, clarity. We’ve all experienced that moment of understanding. You know, the point at which the fog lifts and everything begins to make sense. Around here, we call that an MBAsylum moment: when a client or workshop participant leans back and says “I can do this. I can lead. I can build. I can succeed.”

Can we teach someone to be successful? Yes. Passionate? No. But as counselors and instructors, we can teach our clients and workshop participants how to uncover the passion that exists deep within, so that it ignites naturally and burns brightly. Then we give them the tools that they need to fan the fire and create unparalleled, lasting results.

We do this by bringing them into the process. Engagement leads to understanding, and understanding leads to learning. When an individual is encouraged to actively participate, ask questions and share information, they become vested in the discussion and the process and engage. Interest … and enthusiasm … are key factors to achieving understanding.

When you want to learn, you will. Period.

With understanding comes confidence, an entrepreneur’s most essential tool. Confidence makes success seem possible. Understanding puts it within reach. We’ve been making sense of corporate insanity for decades. Now we’re out to share what we’ve learned with the world. …. Lori.
