As part of their principals’ benefits packages, Veteran Owned Businesses that are registered with the Federal government’s Central Contracting Registry (CCR) are also eligible to bid on $80 billion … there’s that ‘b’ word again … in private sector set-aside contracts.
Here’s the part that will truly get your attention: Most of those set-aside funds go unused because only a small fraction of the Veteran-owned businesses in Arizona (or anywhere, for that matter) are registered in the CCR.
